01. RURAL EDUCATION
Project Shiksha
Education is the sharpest tool against poverty. In the rural belts of Awadh and Braj, adolescent girls are often pulled out of school due to safety concerns, lack of funds, or to assist in industrial labor like bangle-making in Firozabad.
Project Shiksha doesn’t just build schools; it builds support systems. We run safe evening tuition centers, provide study materials, and counsel parents to ensure girls complete their 10th and 12th board exams.

02. PRIMARY HEALTHCARE
Project Swasthya
For a daily wage laborer, a simple sickness can mean losing a week’s wages, and a hospital trip to the city can incur heavy debt. In the remote border villages of Rajasthan and Bihar, Primary Health Centers are often too far or understaffed.
We solve this through our ‘Chalta-Firta Aspatal’ (Mobile Medical Units). Our vans, staffed with qualified doctors and stocked with WHO-approved medicines, travel directly to the village chaupals to provide free, immediate healthcare

03. WOMEN’S LIVELIHOOD
Project swavalamban
True empowerment begins with financial independence. We mobilize marginalized village women into ‘Mahila Mandals’ (Self Help Groups) to create sustainable micro-businesses right from their homes.

Skill Training
We provide completely free, 3-month intensive training in skills like silai (tailoring), basic computer operations, and processing of local spices and dairy.

Seed Funding
Once trained, the foundation provides the initial raw materials and zero-interest seed capital (like sewing machines) so they can start production immediately.

Market Linkage
We eliminate the middlemen. We help these women package their goods and sell them directly to local markets and corporate buyers, ensuring maximum profit.
